Ballarat Hospice Care has been providing in-home specialist palliative care services for over 30 years.
We are the local community specialist palliative care service for an extensive area. Our team travels across 3483 square kilometres, reaching communities in the Ballarat, Hepburn Shire, the northern end of Golden Plains Shire and the western end of Moorabool Shire.

9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
